Mondays: Yoga Hour 3:30pm with Melissa $10

Tuesdays: Walk In Wellness - Clinic 10am-5pm
massage & bodywork, suggested donation $20,
30 min. sessions

Wednesdays: Restorative Yoga with Mario 4-5:30 pm $10

Chair Yoga with Sonia 6pm $10

Thursdays: Yoga with Sonia 9am $10

Friday: JUNE 30 Singing Bowl Sound Healing with Rachel $10

Saturdays: ART HOP 2nd Saturday - essential oils, massage, reflexology- by donation

If you are thinking of offereing a class or workshop, to trying to incubate that wellness idea- summer is a wonderful opportunity to experiment. The studio rents very affordably so it's easy to offer classes and get started.
