Studio de La Luz altar celebrates many shining souls, reflects our light and respects the many traditions and paths of faith, where love is at the center. It changes and grows and holds our prayers for peace.
The practices of yoga, dance, breath, song, toning, drumming and hands-on -healing all involve connecting to vitality and light beyond words and human "interpretation". These traditional healing arts are liberating and support our well being both individually and collectively.
The studio is a space where you can personally and with others, increase the joy, understanding and generosity we are capable of!

Please note that Jardin del Alma is beginning to have a new season of organic produce and will distribute at the studio some Friday afternoons :) 4-4:30.
