authentic movement
the authentic movement group will meet this Thursday July 5th at 6pm
it is open to those who participated in the recent four week session, and to those who have experience with contemplative movement, meditation and have a love for honest self discovery. I need to chat before new folks merge into the circle, so call me if you are interested! the space is safe, gentle, encouraging and strong
as a birthing space should be.
